The OSHA Construction Standard for lead (29 CFR 1926.62) details training requirements, medical monitoring, blood level protection, prohibited activities, and work practices for dealing with lead exposure. It also requires building owners to notify employees and contractors of the presence of lead contaminates in their building.

We often recommend an independent consultant to assess all abatement needs and then to recommend a course of abatement to the customer. If the building owner decides to proceed with abatement, we will design an abatement plan and provide air monitoring and project management. Following abatement, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that the lead has been properly and thoroughly removed. We can provide, at customer request, air clearance monitoring to evaluate the airborne concentrations.
