Founder and President
Fred A. Johnson is the Founder and President of Eagle Environmental® Inc. Fred founded Eagle Environmental Inc. in 1993 as president with two partners and has been the sole owner since 2003. He has also been involved with the start-up of four other business enterprises.
Eagle Environmental Inc. is a full-service environmental clean-up company that specializes in asbestos, lead, and mold remediation from various commercial, industrial and residential structures.
The company is operated on the philosophy of “Happy customers, happy employees and make a little money”. He believes that through accomplishing those three goals on each project, the company can stay in business indefinitely.
In 2004, Eagle Environmental Inc. transcended industry standards with culture and management training for all employees. In addition, Eagle Environmental implemented a profit sharing program that splits quarterly profits of the firm with the engaged, successful employees that have aligned their personal talents and skills with the company’s goals. This has helped to create an environment that encourages personal growth, individual accountability, teamwork, creative problem solving, and strategic thinking for the firm and success for all engaged employees in the organization.
Fred is the Area Director of the U.S. Western Region of Entrepreneurs Organization, former President of the EO Utah Chapter (2012-2013) and has served as Membership Chair and Learning Chair. He is the proud father of five amazing kids and enjoys travel, motorcycles, cars, flying, cooking, building projects, creative endeavors, working with business groups in leadership positions, mentoring, and volunteering with several local and international charitable organizations. Above all, he loves spending quality time with his kids.
Estimator
Chris Rindlisbacher has been with Eagle Environmental, Inc. since 1993. He began as a worker and has grown within the company to foreman and has been an estimator starting in 1996. His most memorable projects include the U of U Nurses Building and the Salt Lake Temple. He graduated with a Business Degree from The University of Utah in 2000. Enjoys sports, especially football, trained and completed 4 marathons. He is a father of 3.

Estimator
Aaron Johnson has been with Eagle Environmental, Inc. since 1996. Growing up in Cache Valley, he learned the value of hard work. He began as a worker and has grown within the company to foreman, then production manager, and now an estimator. As an estimator since 2003, Aaron has faced many challenging projects. His most memorable projects include Ogden High School renovation and the Granite Mountain Records Vault. Aaron is avid about motorcycles, fishing, and target sports. He and his wife Shantel are the proud parents of 4 children.

Estimator
Jeff Fulton has been in the asbestos industry for over 25 years and has been with Eagle Environmental, Inc. since 2008. He started as a worker and advanced to foreman, then production manager, and finally estimator. He has been estimating since 1994. He responds to customer needs on a regional basis. Jeff’s most memorable projects have been the LDS COB East Wing & Tower Renovations and many Dugway Proving Grounds projects. He loves tennis and mountain biking. However, passion is skiing and can be found most winter weekends on the slopes of Snowbasin. He enjoys traveling with his wife Teresa, especially to their beach condo in San Diego, California.

Production Manager
Ramiro has in the asbestos industry for over 20 years and has been with Eagle Environmental, Inc. since 2001. He started as a foreman, and advanced to Production Manager since 2003. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ramiro’s most memorable projects have been the Zion’s Bank Gateway Tower East Renovation, MacKay Dee Hospital, the Church Office Building, and the Ninigret. Ramiro enjoys going to the movies and reading, especially history and technology advances. He and his wife Minerva are the proud parents of two children.

Production Manager
Todd has been with Eagle Environmental, Inc. since 2005. He started as a worker and advanced to foreman, and finally production manager. He has been Production Manager since 2007. Todd’s most memorable projects have been the BYU Marriott Center and City Creek Projects. Todd is currently finishing a BS in Business Management from Utah Valley University. Todd enjoys motorcycles and is an avid hiker.
